About My Approach

In my work with psychedelics, both in preparation and integration, I bring together many years of hands-on medical experience, the latest evidence-based research, and a deep respect for indigenous traditions as well as the wisdom of earlier generations of psychedelic therapists.

My approach is grounded in the humanistic psychotherapeutic tradition, characterized by compassionate presence and respect for each person’s unique story and individuality. I understand how our earliest relationships shape the way we think, feel, and behave today, and how profoundly trauma can affect both body and mind. Yet even beyond trauma, we all carry many different, and sometimes conflicting, parts within ourselves.

In my work, I welcome this inner multiplicity and support the process of discovering, understanding, and integrating all these aspects of the self.

For me, growth is a collaborative journey toward self-compassion, deeper understanding, and healing.
The path is rarely short or simple—but it is the only path worth walking.
