Nuria Salgado

Hello I’m Nuria, I’m a trauma-informed coach, somatic guide, mother, and co-founder of Alegria Retreats.

Through my extensive work in trauma healing and inner child integration I have developed a deep understanding of how early experiences shape our subconscious patterns and how we can rewrite them to create lasting change.

For over 8 years, I have supported more than 200 people, on deep journeys of healing with sacred plant medicine, weaving together ancestral wisdom and modern therapeutic tools.

My own path—from a challenging childhood to touring the world as a dancer and immersing in practices like Yoga, TRE, and Breathwork—taught me how to transform pain into strength & purpose.

I’m here to help you gently release emotional and physical blockages, reconnect with your truth, and access the healing power that already lives within you. Before, during, and after ceremony, I offer a steady, nurturing presence—meeting you with softness, intuition, and strength when it’s needed most.

My work is grounded in compassion and guided by the belief that you are capable of deep, lasting transformation—supported by the ancestral teachings I’ve received from indigenous communities in Mesoamerica and Brazil.

Through working with many different individuals on a holistic level, I find it fascinating that if you are willing to change and face your truth, it is possible to create a completely new life that feels more aligned with your values and potential.
